SMS Terms

These terms govern text messages sent by Legends Development, the land acquisition division of LEGENDS and a trade name (DBA) ofSilver Lining Home Equity, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. We text the way we call — person to person, about conversations you started with us.

The program

Messages are conversational follow-ups between you and our acquisitions team: confirming a callback, requesting details about land or property you raised with us, and updates on discussions in progress. We send no promotional blasts.

Consent

You will only receive messages if you agreed to them on a phone call with our team. Consent is asked plainly — "Is it alright if I text or email you at this number going forward?" — and recorded before any message is sent. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with the conversation — typically a few messages around an active discussion, and none otherwise.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final confirmation, then nothing further. You can also ask to stop on any call or by emailinghello@buildwithlegends.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
